2025

An electronic / experimental album with guitar loops, tape recorder samples, Japanese media, and more. This project started as an album representing each hour of the day, but now it just represents a snippet of the music I made when I was 24. It was a fun challenge making all the music have a runtime of a single minute.

balm

2024

A moment at the end of 2024 when I needed healing. The track titles, when put together, spell out, "Uncloak the earth of your wounds. Intervene. This ailment offers nothing of value. Heal." This album features experimental guitar, tape sounds, synthesizer, and even features a small amount of singing and French horn. I remixed the album this past year, and I am happy with the revamp.

tributes vol. i

2024

An album with a focus on cleaning out my closet. This project contains mostly digital instruments, with a few audio samples from my tape recorder that I had gotten that past summer. The songs are supposed to pay homage to a handful of my favorite artists. Perhaps it is time to make another.

it doesn't hurt to ask pt. 2

2024

I still had some music left in me after making the first part, so I got out the looper and recorded this one. I bought the Enzo Meris and was super excited to bring out new sonic landscapes. I might end up remaking this one, too, or at least combining my favorites from both albums to make a "favorites" version.

it doesn't hurt to ask

2024

The album gets its title from a major life event in my life: asking out a girl who I had a huge crush on. I totally got rejected, but the album was born from that experience, so it was worth it. My friend Lukas is featured a few times on the album, too. He was there with me when it happened, so he earned every bit of making a loop or two.

2023

Experimenting with my looper and guitar that I had gotten for Christmas the year before. I wasn't confident in my guitar skills, so this was a good way to practice that. I was really into Slowdive at the time, so there are a few tracks similar to their sound.

night candy

2023

My first guitar-focused album. I don't remember much from that summer, just that it felt pretty lonely. I realized even after owning a cheap guitar for a couple years already, I hadn't really made any music with it. So this was my attempt. I covered up most of my guitar playing with effects. Yeah, it was hot that summer.

The Juno-60 ended up appearing in two of my albums. This one included a lot of extra effects and was when I really switched over to Ableton for my production. I think it's probably my favorite electronic album of mine. The Juno has so many cool retro sounds. I was also thinking about giving this one an overhaul someday.

2023

I brought my mom's Roland Juno-60 back with me to college one day. I ended up messing around with it for a long time, and these are the sounds that came out of it. Yes, it's heavily drenched in reverb because I didn't know what good taste was back then. I remember being elated when I finally figured out how to make a preset, only to be disappointed when the preset wouldn't save when unplugged. I also remember having a listening party with my friends sitting in Lukas' room.

eclipse

2022

I made an album about the moon! I pushed it out so that it came out the day of the lunar eclipse. I would love to freshen up the tracks, but most of them are lost to the ethers of Mixcraft. That's why I decided to switch to Ableton. However, there are some great beats in here and fascinating melodies. At one point, I bought a software that allowed you to turn an image into a soundscape, using it at least a few times. See if you can find it! Inspiration taken heavily from Zane Alexander's 12AM album.

prisms wandering space

2022

My first published work on streaming services. Made in Mixcraft. This was born my junior year of college. I had been making music for awhile, but finally felt confident enough to share it. The source of inspiration for prisms is my cousin Tyson. I remember being little and at my grandparents' house, waking up to him sitting at my Grandpa's desk in Mixcraft, DAW open and working on a composition.
